Ingredients:

Citrulline malate, beta-alanine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG), anhydrous betaine, taurine, stabilizer (glycerol monostearate), anti-caking agent (E551), acidity regulator (E500(ii)), choline bitartrate, L-tyrosine, glucuronolactone, niacin, vitamin B6, salt, beetroot juice concentrate, black carrot concentrate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, steviol glycosides), colorants.

How to use:

Mix ~1/2 scoop of powder (4.38 g) with 75-100 ml of water. Drink one serving daily 30-45 minutes before training.
