Bad Ass Crea – Citrus-Peach

Dietary supplement containing creatine in four different forms, recommended for adults engaging in high-intensity physical exercise. Creatine enhances physical performance in successive short bursts of very intense exercise (the beneficial effect is observed after consuming 3 g of creatine daily).

Ingredients:

Creatine blend (creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, magnesium creatine chelate, creatine hydrochloride), acidity regulator (citric acid), beetroot juice concentrate, flavors, anti-caking agent (E551), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colorings.

Directions for use:

Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5.7 g) with 150 ml of water. Consume before training.
