Product description

During long or very intense workouts, muscle glycogen stores can become depleted, which may result in reduced performance and increasing fatigue. Carbo Fuel is a carbohydrate blend you can use before and after exercise to conveniently supply your body with training fuel. The formula is enriched with a set of vitamins, so each serving also provides vitamin support in the diet.

Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle (the beneficial effect is obtained under specific conditions of carbohydrate consumption after exercise).

Directions for use

Dissolve 1 scoop (30 g) in 200 ml of water (preferably in a shaker). Use twice daily – ideally before and after physical exercise. The pack contains a scoop.
