Carbo Fuel is a carbohydrate blend you can use before and after exercise to conveniently supply your body with training fuel. The formula is enriched with a set of vitamins, so each serving also provides vitamin support in the diet.
Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle (the beneficial effect is obtained under specific conditions of carbohydrate consumption after exercise).
