Ingredients

Creatine monohydrate, flavoring, maltodextrin, acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), beetroot juice concentrate (food coloring).

Recommended daily serving

2 scoops (6 g). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

How to consume

Dissolve 6 g of powder (2 scoops) in 300 ml of water. On training days, consume immediately before or after the workout. On non-training days, take in the morning, preferably with a meal.

Storage

Store in a dark and dry place at room temperature, out of reach of children. Consume within 4 months of opening.
