Dietary supplement containing 9 active ingredients: vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, magnesium, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium, and black pepper extract in a convenient capsule form.

Ingredients:

Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids), microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin D (ergocalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), magnesium (diglycinate), zinc (diglycinate, aspartate), selenium (selenomethionine), manganese (diglycinate), chromium (picolinate), black pepper extract.

Usage:

Take 2-3 capsules on an empty stomach with 250 ml of water, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Use for up to 8 weeks, then take a 4-week break.
