Ingredients:

GlycerSize™ [65% glycerol, anti-caking agent (E551)], citrulline malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG), anhydrous beta-alanine, flavors, anti-caking agent (E551), acidity regulator (E296), salt, beetroot juice concentrate, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colorants.

Directions for use:

Mix ~1/2 scoop of powder (3.13 g) with 75-100 ml of water. Drink one serving 30 minutes before training.
